Employee Task

  • Task management is an activity in which an individual or team leader tracks a task throughout its life cycle and makes decisions based on the progress.

  • Task management is done using software tools that help effectively organize and manage tasks by using functions such as task creation, planning and assignment, tracking and reporting.

Task Creation

  • Through PiHR Software you can easily create a task by providing task titles, assigned employee, Start and end date, selecting priorities, categories and status, description and uploading any document.

  • An individual or any team leader can also create a task from a mobile app also.

  • When the task is created then the assigned person will get a notification about the task.

Task Details

  • In this sector an admin or a supervisor can check out the details and updates of an assigned task.

  • After creating a task the assigned person can update the task by changing the status and commenting at the activity.

  • The task creator and the assigned person can comment on the details.

  • Also the assigned person can provide check in/out whenever he/she would visit a company.

Task Report

  • Task reports can be generated according to the date range.

  • You can select/deselect employees name, select start date and end date, need to select the task status.

  • An admin can also check out the department’s task report.

  • In payslip all the breakdowns which are related with adjustments, tax, deductions etc will be shown.

Check In -Check Out

  • Whenever a task assigned to the employees, then they can also check in and out from a clients office or branch.

  • There are 2 buttons for check in and check out.

  • Employee can provide checkin and out from mobile app

  • Admin will get the notifications regarding from where an employee has provided the check in and out.

  • Any company’s customers list can be stored in PiHR Software.

  • Usually the customers list can be used for task management from PiHR Software.

  • Admin can set the radius meter of a customer’s office or branch address and an employee can check in/out within the radius.
